Wood Gundy fully sponsored Residency opportunity at Hidden Creek

Get your applications in! Apply for an artist residency this summer. Upcoming deadline to apply for the fully sponsored shared residency at Hidden Creek is Friday, June 9th, 2017. The residency dates are for Monday, August 14 to Sunday, August 20th, 2017.

Wood Gundy, and the Nelson and District Arts Council are sponsoring a local artist to retreat and create. This year's residency supports one local artist to work on or develop their Art in the areas of visual art, creative writing including music composition. To apply, visit:

The residency consists of one week shared residency with food allowance at Hidden Creek Arts Centre. Successful participants will travel by boat to and from the retreat centre with one additional round trip for supplies and food if necessary.

Facilities include private bedroom, full kitchen facilities, shared studio, yurt & large spacious deck. The residency is located in a beautiful setting and allows one the time for focus and contemplation.
