A novelist, lecturer, and editor, Kevin Mulligan is currently working on his third novel, The Man of the Crowd. The novel follows two very different men—an FBI informant and an aimless drifter—whose lives become entangled in a terrorism plot. His second novel is currently with editors.

Kevin received his MFA from the University of Florida and has published his work with NOON Annual. He is also a Lecturer in English at the University of Kansas and has served as an Editor in Residence at Mangoprism, bringing both a writer’s and editor’s perspective to his work.

During his residency at The Narrows, he dedicated time and space to continue developing The Man of the Crowd and to immerse himself in the quiet, remote landscape that makes The Narrows such a distinctive place to write.
