Justine Wake is an Australian painter and assemblage artist. Her art practice is "woven into everyday experiences and responsibilities as a family woman and art psychotherapist. She views these roles as being rich with the task of making sense and meaning from the wider cultural landscape, seeing them as a great source of symbolism and influence in her work." There is a strong use of themes and imagery from the natural world in her soothing, thought provoking paintings.
