The Narrows offers a rare opportunity to nurture your creative spirit in a restful and restorative environment. Taking a workshop at The Narrows, can unfold personal and artistic renewal. We offer weekend or weekly intensives with art Instructors in their specialized field, whether, painting, writing, music, fiber arts etc... Workshop listings are added on a continual basis.

Travel to the Retreat is by boat. Pick up at the Public Wharf near the Prestige Hotel on Nelson's waterfront. A small walk down the dirt road will lead you to The Narrows - the residence and studio, where new experiences await. There are options to take a workshop and stay in town instead of at the retreat.
